This truly amazing animal can be seen in a wide variety of colours ranging from coal black, cinnamon, and occasionally blond. Black is the most common color with a small patch of white on their throat. There is an abundance of this animal but we prefer that the boars are given priority when being harvested.

The most popular time of year to hunt this species is in the spring but we are very willing to book you when ever you would like to come (provided the season is open). However the season is open in the spring and in the fall. The spring season is open from April 15th to June 15th and the fall season is from August 15th to November 15th.
